At Eclipse Invitations, our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. To do this, we involve the customer as much as possible. Invitations can set the tone of the event, and we want to make sure that each order is fit for purpose.

During the consultation process we can discuss ideas, themes and anything which the customer would like encorporated into their invitations.
Within 3 weeks, a few prototypes will be made and sent to the customer (FREE OF CHARGE), along with a price guide. It is then up to you to let us know your views, request any changes or decide not to place an order with us.
We would require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order, and then the remaining balance is due when you receive it and confirm that you are happy.
After an order is placed, we need you to provide the wording to us within 4 weeks. We will then make a prototype of your actual invitation, which will be sent to you to confirm that you are happy. At this stage the wording, colours and design need to be thouroughly checked by the customer, signed and sent back to myself. Once this is received back the order can then go into production.
